During high-demand periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll always aim to keep you informed every step of the way.
If your selected product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly via email or phone with the expected restock date or offer you suitable alternatives.

We ship across India using trusted courier partners to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (depending on location)
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available in select locations at additional charges)
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, delivery location, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above ₹999
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge of ₹50 will apply.
- Express Shipping: Additional charges may apply based on your location and order size. The final shipping cost will be calculated and shown during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery in real-time.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most locations across India. If your area is not serviceable due to courier limitations, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative solution or a full refund.

Damaged or Missing Products
We take great care in packaging and dispatching your orders. However, if your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We may ask for photos and other information to investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
International Shipping
