1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, cases, cleaning cloths, and documentation.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not accept returns for products that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Contact lenses
  • Custom prescription lenses
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or discounted items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact our customer service team before initiating a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@newdiivineoptician.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant images (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.
  3. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to the return address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If the product shows signs of use or damage, the refund may be partially approved or rejected.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you may return it as per the return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be processed or shipped and can only be handled through the return process after delivery.
