Cancellation and Refund

We value our customers and aim to offer a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

At New Diivine Optician, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. You can request a cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier. You can initiate a cancellation request by emailing us at support@newdiivineoptician.com or contacting our customer care.
  • After Dispatch: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return after receiving the product, as per our return policy.

Please note: Custom prescription lenses or special orders (e.g., personalized frames) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products from the date of delivery. You may return a product if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.
  • You have received the wrong product (wrong brand, model, or color).
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.

To request a return, please email us at returns@newdiivineoptician.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable). Our team will review your request and arrange for a return pickup if eligible.

Please Note:

  • Products showing signs of use, damage due to mishandling, or missing original packaging/accessories will not be accepted for return.
  • Return requests for prescription lenses or customized items will not be accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed through the original method of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7–10 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be initiated via bank transfer. You will be required to share your bank account details via a secure channel.

Refunds will only be issued once the product is received and approved by our quality assurance team.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or size (subject to availability), you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges follow the same approval process as returns.
